By downloading or using Word Bank, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own

entertainment.

• Word Bank includes virtual currency used only within the game.
• It has no real-world value.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.
• We may modify earning rates, costs, or balances as needed for gameplay.

• Optional purchases are processed through your device’s app store.
• All purchases are final and subject to the store’s refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game systems
• Modify or reverse engineer the App
• Harass other users
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

If accounts or usernames are used:

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure
• We may reset leaderboards periodically
• We may remove fraudulent or abusive accounts

Word Bank displays ads from third-party providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

We may update the App at any time, including adding or removing features. Continued use of

the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for violation of these Terms or

misuse.

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or continued availability of all features.
